How does it work?
The client gets from the server the roads with their current speed. Using that it can display the
roads situation on the map. The client also gets other users locations and can (optionally) view them as well on the map. Each client chooses if he wants to send to the server his GPS location, and by that help the server get better results calculating the roads speeds.
